I contacted Stahls, I told them what had happened. I let them know I wanted to make the right thing for my client (who I'm absolutely embarrassed with). Asked if a different product would be best and I would return all I have so they can test it and in the mean time for them to send me numbers and vinyl to replace what I originally got but they refused. If I wanted to try a different option I would have to purchase that. Is that what they call good customer service??? When obviously I was sent product that did not work at all??? So extremely disappointed.
